Personal Biography
Jephthah is a researcher and practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of organisational design, workforce experience, and migrant employment. He holds a degree in accounting and a Master of Social Work, and is currently completing a PhD in migrant employment.
His lens on the middle comes from having navigated it for most of his life. Between Ghana and Australia. Between accounting logic and social work values. Between the academy and the field. The analytical clarity he brings to SIFT’s work is the clarity of someone who has had to read structures that were not built for him — and translate them into language others can act on.
Beyond middle management, J leads SIFT’s research-informed work across workforce experience, migrant employment, and organisational design in the human services sector.
