SIFT Advisory Group was established to address a gap that many organizations recognize but struggle to solve. Middle managers in human services environments are often expected to carry extraordinary operational and emotional responsibility without structured support designed specifically for their role.
Traditional leadership programs frequently focus on executive leadership or general professional development. SIFT focuses on the layer in between.
The organization was founded by practitioners with direct experience inside community services, disability services, aged care, and operational leadership environments. This practical understanding shapes every aspect of the BETWEEN program.
